Storage and Care

Our laddus (The Gilded Standard) keep their flavors fresh for about 8 days from delivery if stored in an airtight glass or metal container. Flavors keep fresh for longer if refrigerated.

Do note that the laddus may break due to the nature of the ingredients used, if stored in room temperature.

Our laddus are not recommended to be stored frozen.

Dietary Specifications

Unfortunately, we are not Halal-certified at the moment.

Our laddus are handcrafted in a home kitchen where strictly no pork, lard or related ingredients are used or stored. The equipment used in producing our laddus are specific to this purpose.

Allergen Information

Ingredient and Allergen Information cards come with every order.

Our laddus are handcrafted in a home kitchen. Please note that although the equipment used in producing our laddus are specific to this purpose, we are unable to guarantee that our laddus are completely free from allergens that are not specified in the labels.

Special Orders

At GILDED, we believe that the client is the soul of our business. Our laddus are designed to be the hallmark of your celebrations for everyone to share and enjoy. We will therefore try to cater to specific needs as much as possible.

We have existing options for you to choose from while placing your orders. If you require further customization, write to us at experience@gilded.sg to discuss your preferences.

Order Limit

Each laddu is created with the utmost precision and passion in small batches and by a single maker to keep their flavors and quality consistent.

Unfortunately, this means that there are limited orders that can be taken. Orders are taken on a first come, first serve basis.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time: 2 days

Delivery will be done between 11am and 6pm on the nearest Tuesday or Saturday, at least 2 days after order placement.

For example if your order was placed on a Sunday or Monday, the delivery will only be done on Saturday.

Deliveries on promotional periods are typically done within 2 working days if an order has been placed before 6pm. We will reach out to you via Whatsapp/text for arrangements.

Delivery

A Whatsapp/text message will be sent about 30 minutes before delivery. Kindly ensure that someone is present to receive the laddus.

There will be a grace period of 10 minutes, after which the laddus will be brought back. A second delivery attempt can be arranged via email within the next three days. Please note that additional delivery charges will apply.

Due to the perishable nature of the laddus, there will be no further attempts for delivery beyond this and the items will not be refunded.

Store Closure

Store closure dates will be indicated on the website and social media pages well in advance.

If you have placed your order during store closure periods, you will receive an email notification from us and may choose to have your order delivered when store reopens or to have your order cancelled and refunded.
